I absolutely love this restaurant! The food is consistently excellent, and the wings are amazing every time! I've been coming here for a long time, and I highly recommend it—definitely a 10/10!
This restaurant was a disappointment. I visited for the first time with a coworker, and I was really hungry. When we arrived, there was no one at the counter to greet us.
So I 'm late, but what 's to be expected from an expectant mom with another baby under 1. So let 's get to it. 10/4/2023 after doing some shopping, my sister changed her mind from Chick-fil-a to Nuno 's. My heart was set on Mac and cheese and everything saucy from chickafila (how I say it, #djm) but I decided to roll with her decision. We get to Nuno 's and I 'm greeted by a young teenaged boy with a mullet. I notice a sign that says prices have changed and I 'm like sure whatever, not worried about it. It 's my first time here so I wouldn 't know what they were. So my sister swear by their buffalo and honey bbq wings. I asked how much are the wings since I see three different prices posted. He said they were $11.75 for 8 party wings, no fries. Cool, give me two orders of buffalo wings, a fettuccini Alfredo with the side garden salad, and 3 pizza slices (2 pepperoni, 1 sausage). I asked for 1 slice of pepperoni upfront but none of the pizzas were ready except cheese. He said it would be 20 mins for my order. My sister a bug and wanted another order of wings but wanted to pay for them herself, but I wasn 't having that and swiped a second time for her wings. I go to the car and wait with my sister and 10 month old baby. About 25 minutes later I go in to get my order and once again it 's another 10 minute wait for pizza slices. So he give me my other food and I 'm sitting inside waiting at this point with all the food on the table. He call me to the counter for my pizza slices and I 'm like hold on let me put the other bags in the car. I go back and grab my slices, but it 's only 2. AND THERES STILL NO SAUSAGE READY AT THIS POINT!!!!! So I go back to the counter and tell the boy he only gave me two slices instead of three. He told me because he gave me one when I first ordered. I told him absolutely not and he walked away from the counter and said he wasn 't giving me my other slice because he had given it to me. I look up and see cameras on the wall. I said run those cameras and then run me my other slice of pizza. He go to the back and come back within seconds and say no cause I gave it to you lady. So now here come my sister and my sister don 't play so she ready to throw all the food back behind the counter and I 'm ready to pull him over. HUNNI!!!!!!!! I had to pull my phone out and begin to dial 9-1-1 in order for him to give me my food. I told him if y 'all cameras don 't work and if y 'all need to save food just say that. Cause baby the service wasn 't servicing and the wings weren 't winging. They were hard and the chicken Alfredo was noodles, milk, and unseasoned chicken breast chopped up in it. It was the color of the milk sauce. The pizza slice was the best thing for $3.50, but baby next time I 'm gonna stick with my craving cause Chick-Fil-A never disappoints and at their service is always on point.
I'm leaving this review for the lady that answers the phone. I called today to get a price for delivery. I was mid sentence then you hung up on me . You need to learn what customer service is if you are over welmed with your job stay home. Remember it's the customer's that pay your salary the mortgage on Nunos Pizza for them to stay open so with out us you are nothing. I have been a customer since 2013 never again will I patronize this estashblishment. Learn how to respect customers like I'm sure you want to be respected.
