Bidrage med feedbackI had a frustrating experience at the drive-thru. I arrived at 9:06, a whole 20 minutes before closing time, and was left waiting for almost 5 minutes. When I finally drove up to the window, they turned the lights off and said they were closed. I tried calling while I was waiting at the speaker, but my calls just kept ringing. To make matters worse, I was told that the phone number listed on Google is incorrect. I asked to speak to the manager, but apparently there wasn't one on-site. I plan on returning tomorrow, and I expect a free banana split since that’s what I originally came for. This whole situation is just ridiculous.
I pointed out that technically, there was something they could do—it was up to her whether she would follow the company’s procedures. Within moments, a woman who I assumed was the manager (though she didn’t introduce herself) loudly claimed, “We cannot do anything about that; it’s hot outside, and your blizzard melted. That’s on you. Stop being rude to my workers.” I couldn’t believe I was being treated this way, especially since I had remained calm and respectful until that point. At this juncture, I was done with the entire situation and chose to leave rather than let their lack of professionalism frustrate me further. I can only advise them to do better and to stop behaving in such an unprofessional manner. I ended up with a warm, milky mess and a few cheesecake bites on the side. Thanks for that. As for parking, you’ll never have a problem finding a spot—there’s usually no one there.
Went through the drive though at 710 pm , ordered a medium chocolate shake. A lady came responded through the PA in a very nasty voice what size again she was breaking up with static, so I again said a medium chocolate shake. She mumbled and I said excuse me, I think she thought the PA was off when she said a very nasty remarks towards us people as she put it. We drive around and all staff are staring at us to I guess to see what idiots we are and look like as she put it over the PA) all I ordered was a shake. The young girl did her best to make it and keep from laughing but her smirk said it all. So basically I threw away a 5 dollar shake due to something was up. The woman with the glasses who made the statement over the PA needs to find another job. We will not bIe back to this DQ. I have seen a lot of buissness shut down in Hartselle over poor customer service. Its a shame our logo is city of southern hospitality.
