Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Again the food was excellent, however during my call in you wouldn't know you were calling CB due to the fun the staff was having while on the phone

The wait service team could use some tlc but I have a great feeling that the team is getting some revamping that'll bring home the cracker barrel brand at this location and i plan to be apart of that. the food was good and fresh. hbr was a lil luke warm but management took the liberty of making sure our replacement was right as well as a another server that took over after our server Brandon became ill? he was unpleasant and uncaring when our food was cold and missing items. he brought us greasy replacements. and got upset when we asked about the biscuits for our meal. He ignored us and didn't give us our check when we asked. but i will return for dinner one of these days

Every time we go. We asked for an early lunch for 8.99 and we didn't get our meal for that price, we were charged the full price.

The food was cold roast beef was tough. The gravy was cold, thick, and old. They did not have baked potato and they replaced it with cold hard mashed potatoes that they tried to charge 2 extra dollars for. I also ordered through doordash. The dasher was really nice and helpful. They gave the dasher the food in unsealed bags.

My family went there on a Sunday evening when not many people were there. It took a long time for the food to come out. Those that got the fish said it tasted freezer burnt. Some of us had the wrong food or and some had to wait extra long for there sides. The worst part was when I went to dump my leftovers in the to go tray, there was a hair in the loaded tots. The manager was apologetic and took a discount off our tab but I do not think I'll be going back.
