Balanced The Phanzone - Hampstead

I joined 4 months ago and love The Zone! Great classes and staff!

This gym is fantastic! I really appreciate the high-quality equipment and the staff— they're truly amazing and very helpful. The people who work out here are great as well! I've been coming for a month now, and I really enjoy it. However, they don't have long hours on the weekends, which could be improved, and there isn't a bring-a-friend policy. It would be nice to have that option, especially considering the price. At $50, it's not too bad, but it would be great to be able to invite a guest and have extended weekend hours. Overall, it's a wonderful gym, and I highly recommend it!

I haven't visited a gym in years, but the staff here made me feel completely at ease. They were very friendly and supportive. I'm looking forward to going back tomorrow!

Great gym! The only improvement would be to have more consistent closing times on weekends—staying open until 5 or 6 PM instead of closing at 3 PM would be ideal.
