Chick-fil-a - Hammond

The line stretched an entire block and resembled that of a bank with a double line. There were at least 4 people taking orders, ensuring everything ran smoothly. It was quite impressive! We dined inside and, as expected, the food was delicious and the staff were exceptional.

I have never had a negative experience at this Chick-fil-A, or any other Chick-fil-A for that matter. The only issue I've encountered at this particular location was when they forgot to include my pack of cookie crumbles in my parfait once. However, the food is consistently fresh, the service is always excellent and fast, and the prices are reasonable for the high quality of food you receive.

The food and service at this restaurant were excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the lemonade. However, I almost missed it because the parking lot was marked with a "do not enter" sign from the main road. It was frustrating when my GPS directed me that way.

We never received a confirmation on our order, leading us to potentially being short on our items. The fast-paced line was slowing down due to customers having to verify their orders before proceeding. Additionally, they were giving out ice cream cones first, causing them to melt while customers waited for their food. To top it off, they handed out multiple bags of food, making it difficult for customers to carry everything with only one free hand. Despite having at least 6 staff members at the window, they still managed to forget items for some customers.

This restaurant is one of the busiest food establishments I have ever come across. I visited on a Friday morning at 10:30 and it was bustling. I am giving it a three-star rating because despite the crowd, the food was good and served hot. However, I was slightly disappointed that even though we placed our order 12 hours in advance and arrived 15 minutes before the pickup time, our food was delivered 30-45 minutes late (even though 45 minutes was the expected wait time for our order).
