Byblos Bar & Restaurant - Hamilton

Good affordable go to for date night. Beef shwarma (sp?) is excellent. Also recommend the potatoes and lamb kebabs. Love this place.

This place has a really cool vibe and is perfect for a boozy weekend dinner or special occasion celebration. They have a huge cocktail menu with some really interesting and cool concoctions. Mine came out with flames on top! The food is also good - the platter for two is perfect for those wanting a little (or a lot) of everything. Both indoor and outdoor seating available, afternoon cocktails by the river is bliss. Parking at Portside is a bit of a best but you can get your ticket validated for 4hrs free when you pay your bill.

I attended a surprise party at Byblos over the weekend and the food was hands down the best middle eastern food I've ever eaten. From the kofta, cheese triangles, falafel, they were all amazing! Cocktails topped off an awesome night with friends.

Never been before so we were not sure how and what to order. Staff were lovely and explained the menu. What we ordered however all arrived at once leaving no room on our table to actually have a glass or a plate to eat from. Food should have been bought out at different times. Food was very nice just should have staggered the shared plates. Music was a bit too loud to enjoy conversation.

3 of us went to Byblos during the week recently for lunch, we ordered the share platter for 2 and asked if possible to add an extra piece of each to accommodate the 3 of us which was no problem. The food was amazing and abundant to the point we were not able to finish everything and the service fantastic. I have been to Byblos on several occasions now and have never been disappointed.
