The waitstaff were helpful in identifying which dishes contained gluten and which could be prepared gluten-free. The food was delicious, and there were multiple dessert options to choose from.

I completely trust the chef at this restaurant! The food was incredible, and the ambiance was fantastic! Despite having only two people managing everything while the restaurant was bustling, they handled it all seamlessly and without delay. Kudos to them for that!

Absolutely perfect—no suggestions needed! The balance of flavors was incredible; each bite was distinct yet flawless. It’s not overly exotic or fanciful, just exceptionally refined (dare I say) traditional food that is definitely worth a visit for anyone within an hour's drive of Hamilton. I was also pleasantly surprised to see just two people managing the entire operation on a Friday night... a big salute to the chef and the waitress!

I visited this restaurant last night and opted for the chef's tasting menu, which was fantastic! They were very considerate of my food allergy and suggested a delicious fermented drink packed with natural healing benefits. My favorite dish was the steak tartare served in a crispy nori shell—truly unique! The experience felt more like dining with a close family member who happens to be an amazing chef, rather than just going out to eat. You definitely have to check it out!

Lovely old villa converted to restaurant so a number of spaces you can be seated in, makes it easier to create atmosphere filling each space at a time. Popular as we were there Wed and full by the time we finished. Staff were friendly and approachable and perfectly attentive. Opted for Trust the Chef and did not disappoint, great combination of flavours and textures across the 3 courses pork belly and calamari to start Beef Wellington (so good! for main and a lighter poached pear and deep fried ice cream dessert. BYO wine a great option. Definitely recommend, will be looking for reasons to return!
