Longhorn Steakhouse - Hamilton

Really like the food and atmosphere here for the most part! Service is good, but food comes quickly and often times not enough spacing in between courses and apps. The French onion soup is way to salty and rich for my liking.

This is my 3rd Longhorn review and the 3rd location I've been to. My lady I came here for a nice dinner out. This was a very busy place but the wait wasn't too bad. Service was great our server McKenzie was kind, caring, and check in with us countless times throughout our dinner. The food was great, I was very happy with my steak as well as the shrimp. My lady enjoyed her rack of ribs and fried onion appetizer. We will definitely be returning for another dinner here soon.

My family and I decided to try this place after being neglected for far too long at the restaurant next door, and I'm so glad we did! If I remember correctly, our server was named Morgan, and she was exceptional from the moment we sat down. She was friendly, personable, and provided excellent recommendations when we asked. All of our meals were delicious, even the complimentary bread they served as an appetizer! We will definitely return and hope to have Morgan as our server again—fingers crossed she’s working when we come back!

My partner and I visited this restaurant to celebrate his birthday. We ordered two appetizers that were excellent. However, when our main courses arrived, my steak was cooked more than medium; it was dry and had a bit of a burned taste. My server, Cecily, was fantastic and did ask if I wanted to send it back, but I declined. Since it was my partner's birthday and he was happy with his meal, I decided to let it go. I just needed to express my thoughts a bit.

I hosted my sister's surprise birthday dinner here this afternoon with 20 guests, most of whom had never been to this restaurant before. The food was incredible, and the portion sizes were generous. The service was exceptional, and the ambiance was wonderful. We had a fantastic time and were pleasantly surprised by the entire Longhorn Steakhouse team, who expertly managed our large group. There wasn't a single complaint from anyone in the party. The stuffed mushrooms were so good that we ended up ordering three extra servings! I can’t wait to return. It was an amazing experience—thank you, Chad and the Longhorn Steakhouse staff, for making our celebration so delightful from start to finish!
