This a bakery/deli/grocery/hot table. They have it all! The baked goodies look amazing though I have to try anything. There are lots of bread and rolls for purchase along with pizza dough. They do subs and have a hot table. There a number of Italian grocery products as well as their own frozen pasta products (lasagna, manicotti....).We order the special number 1 which is lasagna, choice of veal or chicken (2 pieces), roasted potatoes, veggie and a soft or crunchy roll with butter. It's enough to feed both of us a sizable lunch (for less than $10). You can eat in or take out, there are a number of tables to the left of the store.It's off Cannon St on John. While the neighbourhood is not the greatest there is ample parking and I feel safe shopping there.

Busy bakery and great service. Well-priced lunch specials, hot meals or soup/salad combo. Lots of parking.

They have packed a lot of wonderful into this small space. The subs are ridiculously good (the all salami is my favourite), the deli amazing, great baked goods (chocolate chip cannoli to die for), pizza dough, fresh pies under $4 with fresh whipped cream in the cooler. I can't believe it took me so long to check it out, but now that I have I am a regular.
