Maral - Hamburg

The position is very good, but the rest is at best cut. we were the first time there to get to know this locally. the service (at least the one we had) seemed awkward, hardly interested and little friendly. the quality of the food was at best cut, the wine to forget; on the other hand, bsp. hennys on the uhlenhorst or the east in the harbour (also) for eurasian cuisine are another league. only suitable if you want to sit a long one without expecting a big one.

The maral offers a super location in eppendorf, right on the water. with beautiful weather the outside area is very recommended.The free snacks are especially nice at the beginning.I followed a sushi box, the bento 2, consisting of three rolls. Unfortunately, one of the three rollers was personally inviolable for me. my friend confirmed this. the other reels were excellent.The service is very nice and unobtrusive.

Good and wide map with sushi spot. we had good sushi and sashimi boxes. nice terrace. the two tables next to us received after payment still a "drink on's house", we unfortunately do not have a drink of more than 10%. no uniform guest treatment.

I went without reservation to the maral and the owner really tried to find a table between the crowded tables and the reservations. so I came back half an hour later and had to wait at the bar where a glass champagne was offered to me. I found the attention tender and after a quarter of an hour I sat at a free table.The restaurant is very good to reach as it is located at the exit of the subway "eppendorfer baum". the place is pleasant, though very loud. the gentle lighting invites you to relax.The staff places great value on their well-being and places great value on the quality of the offered foods. I chose an appetizer and a maral plate with a selection of sushi, makis, sashimi ... the fresh of the fish, the amount on the tellers and the know-how are decisive here. I've eaten very well. also the price-performance ratio is impeccable in view of the served meals. I strongly advise to book even on weekdays as I have spent the following days before the restaurant and it was always so full.

The maral is very nice at the eppendorfer tree. the local is characterized by a terrace, a nice local as well as a window front where you can also take a good place on your own. the food has a good quality and the price-performance ratio is right (for eppendorf). the service is friendly, so we will be happy to come back, or order transversely through the card to pick up. so far we have not been disappointed and hope that this will remain.
