Der einzige Nachteil sind die Wartezeiten zur Mittagszeit – man wartet im Durchschnitt etwa 40 Minuten auf das fertige Essen, nachdem man seine Zutaten abgegeben hat. Wer vor Ort isst, muss zudem auf einen Platz warten, bevor man beginnen kann. Hier sollten dringend die Abläufe optimiert werden, insbesondere aufgrund der Lage im Geschäftsviertel mit viel Mittagsverkehr. Das Potenzial für 5 Sterne ist definitiv vorhanden, und die Nachfrage scheint ebenfalls gegeben zu sein!

Great. At a reasonable price, you can choose from a large selection of fresh ingredients. Super delicious, I will definitely come here again. Chili specialty with level of spiciness 2 was easy to eat for me, spicy, but also good to eat in quantity. My tolerance for spiciness is relatively high for Germany.

Very tasty, good, fresh ingredients. Always quite busy and you can't make a reservation. The large bowls tempt you to quickly take too much.

Very friendly service from the lady. The food selection could be more, but overall it was good. Hubby enjoyed it as this is his first malatang. The restaurant is a bit small and it was packed when we arrived at 1pm, but we got a table after 5mins wait.
