Great pizza, awesome ice cream, and tasty baked goods

We had loaded pizza by the slice, strawberry-rhubarb pie w/ ice cream and a butter tart. The pizza was as good as my husbands which is really something. The pie inspired me to make one when I got home. However, it was the butter tart that really blew us away. I do not possess the ability to make a butter tart that it that good. It was BY FAR the best butter tart we've ever had. BTW even the pie crust is rustic and homemade.

This place is an excellent stop along highway 11 between Saskatoon and Prince Albert for travellers and locals alike. It's actually part of a travel centre with a full service Shell gas station, Subway, Jakes Burgers and of course, Irene & Paulines! Best pizza around, awesome cinnamon buns and puffed wheat squares, and many flavours of hard ice cream too.Staff is nice enough throughout the Centre

Now we know why people from Saskatoon stop here on their way to the north for camping! The restaurant is just a fast food atmosphere, but they have take out pizza, baking and snacks. Huge slices of hit, fresh, homemade pizza (they were making more while we were there). The pizza was delicious, as were the muffins. Clean, friendly, convenient. Loved it and will be back many more times!

Great sauce and the crust is amazing. Tastes like homemade. The Cinnamon buns are OUT OF THIS WORLD!
