Pizza Hut Express - Hackettstown

One of my fav locations for delicious Pizza. great hospitality. the service was sociable and attentive. prices were fair for the quality of the food.

Some people are not meant to operate a franchise! Location closed, was performing very poorly even before the virus.

I would not recommend ever ordering from here. we placed an order for pick up and were told to pick it up in 15 minutes. we drove about 20 minutes to pick it up and got there before it was supposed to even be ready and they were closed. When we called the next day to complain to a manager we were put on hold countless times and told to call back in an hour because they were to busy to take a complaint. We later spoke with a manager who claimed to credit our account and when we went to place an order using the credit this evening we were told we do not have credit and will not get credit. We were also told we should be aware of store hours and they cancel all orders after 9:45. They are open till 10pm and took our order over the phone. I will be directing this matter to corporate.

This location, I have multiple and they have just hung up on me. I do not recommend ordering and if you do order, do it in person or online. NOT OVER THE PHONE!

I haven't ordered from hackettstown locations since they tell me it will be about 1 hour 30 to deliver in 2 miles distance, ones we complained about over baked pizza and uncooked wings.
