Asian Kitchen - Hackettstown

I visited this restaurant for the first time and was impressed. It’s family-owned and operated, and the food was outstanding. The ingredients were extremely fresh. I look forward to coming back!

I rarely write negative reviews, but I’m puzzled as to how anyone could recommend this restaurant. The food is truly not up to par. I’m genuinely worried I might have food poisoning after eating something that tasted off. Was the Mongolian beef even cooked properly? I’m really disappointed.

My husband and I have been enjoying Chinese food together for over 50 years, but after trying Asian Kitchen, we ended up throwing everything away for the first time. The dumpling wrappers were overly thick and lacked flavor. There was also an unpleasant aftertaste—my husband likened it to a "sofa" from the sesame noodles. The tofu in General Tao's tofu dish was dry and rubbery. It was a complete waste of money!

Food was excellent!! Staff was very friendly. Def coming back! I had a meal for 1. GENERAL TSO.... PORK FRIED RICE.. AND AN EGG ROLL. SOOOOO GOOD!!

This is where I went exactly. So delicious. I am eating a lot since I got back in shape so now I ordered chicken lo mein with some steamed rice. So delicious. I will be coming back here. It has a smoke flavor to it.
