Chili's Grill - Gun Barrel City

After waiting 45 minutes, our food arrived—two burgers and fries. After taking a bite, I understood the long wait: both burgers were overcooked, gray in color, and we received maybe 10 fries in total. It was terrible, and we won't be returning. I had to ask for everything we needed, and no one checked on us during our meal. It's really disappointing.

Austin was our server, and he was very attentive, providing excellent customer service. The food was fresh and delicious, and we didn't have to wait long at all for our lunch.

I took my son out to celebrate his 16th birthday and we decided to order takeout. When we arrived, the woman at the takeout counter was incredibly sweet and friendly. She was very patient with us as we figured out what to order and even shared some of her favorite recommendations. The atmosphere was, as always, wonderful!

Service was fantastic. They have you drinks to the table while the waitress is still there taking your order and answering questions. Food was also very good. We had burgers and they were thick and juicy.

Chili's of Gun Barrel City was very nice. Clean and attractive inside our server did a great job. We have not been to one in quite awhile it seemed that the menu was scaled back some but still a lot to choose from. Our order came fast and was verygood. It is a great place to have a wonderful meal.
