Orchard Tavern West - Guilderland

The food is consistently excellent, regardless of what we order. The prices are comparable to other restaurants in the area. The owner has personally visited our table on two occasions and is very friendly. We've been here several times, and I know we will return!

It was an excellent spot to take the family. The food was amazing, and the service was outstanding. I celebrated my birthday there, and the wings were fantastic. I will definitely visit again soon and recommend this place to my friends.

So this has become a weekly spot for me and my kids. The service is excellent, staff are always friendly and accommodating. The kids love the food (they would lick their plates clean if they could). The wings are the best in the area and their sandwiches and pizza are excellent as well. Family favorite

I try to avoid writing negative reviews about places, however, this was a pretty poor experience. We arrived by 6:15, We were behind one other couple waiting for their table. A waitress immediately went to seat them, she left to talk with other waitresses in the back looking at us, and don?t come back to us for about 10 mins. They took our drink orders, water and Pepsi and it took about 15-20 mins for the waitress to come back with it. We order, about 20-25 mins before our nachos come, the best thing about them was the chili. It wasn?t described in the menu, but they were covered in beer cheese that tasted like straight up alcohol. Another 30 mins goes by and our food comes. My fiancé got fish and chips- the fish was very tough and chewy and looked like it was fried in old oil, I got a grilled chicken sandwich and it was incredibly dry. I got orchard gold sauce on it and the sauce was delicious, I also got sweet potato fries and they were extremely bland. Twenty more minutes go by and we get our check. We finally get out and it?s 8:20. Slow service and mediocre food.

This place is a must try!!! Everything is delicious, pizzas, appetizers, salads, sandwiches, wings!!! The owner Chris is on site and awesome. Absolutely have to visit OTW!
