Casa Res Steak House Guayaquil

I had a pleasant dining experience here and even brought some friends along. I really enjoyed the menu and the food was well prepared. However, there seems to be an issue with the service. While there are many employees working, they often do not give enough attention to the guests. One of the waiters was very attentive though. It appears that the management should improve on training their staff to be more tuned in and ready to offer top-notch service to the customers. After all, the customer is the most important aspect aside from the quality of the food!

Service is bad, they take forever to take and prepare your order. It doesn't even look like grill. Well all is an average steakhouse and overpriced for the service provided

Pésima atención, sirvieron la comida con retraso, luego de pedir los cubiertos por varias ocasiones nos los dieron y sin servilletas, ni las salsas...
