Bidrage med feedbackSpectacular!!! I can't say more Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
A disappointment, we were 4 people to eat, of which 3 asked for migas and they were disappointing, because they threw a piece of rib that was a bone without black meat, and two ridiculous pieces of pepper and bacon. For second course, the hake was tiny, like for a child, and it only came with a salad. I have been more times and this has been very bad, I do not recommend it to anyone and I will not return. In addition, the service and the waitresses were very unfriendly and unwilling.
I only have good words for this site. The food is very tasty, the stewed deer meat is spectacular, the blood sausage is delicious and the cod is perfect. The homemade desserts of the place are very rich and I recommend them, especially the pilonga chestnut flan. The service is always attentive and very friendly. Service: Dine in
Los camareros son muy agradables y el trato es genial. El menú o, más bien, la carta, es simple y un poco caro. Aunque las migas estuvieron muy buenas!.
Arrived in Guadalupe on a boiling hot afternoon just before Semana Santa the following day. There were a lot of people present and the plaza seemed a touch overcrowded. This was the reason my wife and I retraced our steps to go to Meson Cerezo II. We wanted to dine indoors as it was so hot The restaurant is through the bar area and has quite an impressive dining area with a fine balcony view. Okay, my wife orders the menu del dia which consists of a large salad with seafood followed by fried merluza (hake). I opt for the 'menu de la Casa (the house) which consists of migas (fried breadcrumbs with chorizo, garlic, morcilla (black pudding) and pork. This was followed by a local stew consisting of goat. On to the quality. I hate to say it but it was pretty average and I 'm taking the cheap price into consideration. My migas tasted old and dry, like it had been reheated over several days. The chorizo had an unpleasant note bordering on gone off. The stew was good enough though. My wife 's salad was decent and a massive portion. The merluza was dreadfully boring. The service throughout was painfully slow and we got so tired of waiting we settled the bill at the bar. As a veteran of Spanish dining I advise anyone to do this in similar circumstances. To sum up, average food (and I doubt the a la carte would be any better) combined with slow service left us with a disappointing impression. I 'd go again for a drink and tapa at the bar but nothing else
