The Upper Crust Pizzeria In Lex - gton

The customer service at this restaurant was disappointing. The food had no flavor and the pepperoni was tasteless. The pizza toppings were not properly baked into the pizza and kept falling off. The lack of pizza sauce and flavor made the food bland and artificial tasting. Even the brownie did not taste like a real brownie. However, the chicken tenders were the only decent item. I will not be returning and would not recommend coming here for pizza.

I made the mistake of ordering a Large Cheese Pizza from this restaurant on a Monday night. I am new to the area and have been trying different pizza places, all of which have been great, until now. Despite the higher price, I believed in the saying "you get what you pay for," but that was not the case here. I ordered extra sauce, but the pizza was dry and tough, with a lack of flavor. I ended up throwing away almost half of it, which is unlike any other pizza I've had before. When I tried to contact the restaurant to address my concerns, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. This place is definitely not top-tier, it's more like the bottom of the barrel. Update: Despite reaching out via email multiple times, I have received no response. Not a good experience.
