I love their food but the servers there they was a little wild so we left

Made the order online. They called and said they were out of one sub, that’s fine. I chose another. I ordered four subs. My sub was chicken bacon ranch.. my chicken was old and rubbery, they didn’t give me bacon and the bread was mush. Disappointing. Hire better sand which makers, ones that can pay attention to detail . Or have the managers be more thorough in training. Or get another manager

Their food is always fresh the bread is always soft and good

I made an online order and showed up to get it only to find out that they closed at 6 PM 3 hours earlier than listed and they refused to refund my order, the older, black haired lady there was very rude. Horrible customer service.
