Chicken is nasty not seasoned enough I ask for mild

The service here is horrible. I really like Popeyes but 2 out of 3 times I've been to this one on twin city hwy my order was wrong the first time. My order was not complete the second time when I called back and told the lady my order wasn't complete she told me she bagged it herself so she knew it was right. I tried the fairly new spicy chicken sandwich w cheese bacon it was really good, I liked it a lot!!
