I checked the restaurant's posted hours and it said they are open from 4 am to 11 pm on Tuesdays. I arrived at 4:30 and waited 20 minutes, but although there were people inside, no one acknowledged me. It seems like they need to pay more attention to their operating hours, as they were just updated 3 weeks ago. The meal type I had was breakfast and I would rate the service as a 1 out of 5.
