Chipotle Mexican Grill - Gresham

This restaurant is in a fantastic location just off Burnside, situated in a shopping center with ample parking available. There was a bit of a wait when we first arrived, but the staff was excellent—working diligently, maintaining a friendly demeanor, and ensuring accurate orders. I ordered a brisket burrito, which was amazing, and I always love their tortilla chips with Con Queso dip!

The mountain views in Oregon are serene, and Chipotle is on my mind. One thing I appreciate about this restaurant is being able to watch my food being prepared. The lines were short, and the servers were wearing masks and gloves. The only downside was that the parking lot was full.
