Bojangles - Greensboro

I ordered the three-part upper combo with honey, and it was fantastic. The cookie was perfect! Although the staff seemed to be short-handed, they worked incredibly hard and did their best. I placed a takeout order, and the food arrived at the perfect temperature and was truly delicious. The sweet tea was also excellent!

The food was hot and fresh, and the customer service was quite good. However, I had to wait a bit too long for my meal. Keep up the good work!

I love bojangles, so I wanted to try this place for the first time. When I arrived with my partner, we got an obvious teenager than our cash. I had to repeat my order 4 times and he still accused me of the wrong things and doubled the dinge on the reception, which were literally not even put in the pocket. I will probably not return to this place.

After 25 minutes of waiting, I finally managed to place my order, only to be told another 10 minutes later that they were out of cookies and it would take an additional 15 minutes for more to be ready. All the while, I watched as the staff packed orders for drive-thru customers while ignoring those inside. I also noticed a gentleman who ordered dirty rice as his side; after he placed his order, I saw multiple bags of dirty rice being prepared for drive-thru customers, yet when it was his turn, he was told he would need to wait another 15 minutes. The woman at the front, who appeared to be in her 40s, with brown skin and braids, had a rude demeanor and showed no willingness to improve the chaos they had created. They did nothing to address the frustration of the customers they had left waiting. I will never spend another cent here, and I would recommend others to stay away as well.

I just walked into this Bojangles, stood at the register for 5 minutes and not one employee acknowledged me. Granted, they were busy with drive through orders, but out of the 5 or 6 working, at least one could have spoken to me to say “I’ll be with you shortly”, “Hi”, “Welcome”….I have no doubt they saw me, so what gives Bojangles?
