Bidrage med feedbackThe staff kept having to ask us what we ordered. We sat in the car for thirty minutes with others in front of us who still hadn’t received their food. The service was mainly underwhelming, and there was a mix-up with customer orders. Overall, I would rate it 1 out of 5.
About a week ago, I ordered a baptism at this restaurant. They have great deals for what they offer, but the food I received was hard and dry, not at all what I expected. It reminded me of a disappointing experience at a fast food chain like Burger King. I used to enjoy their food, but it seems like the people preparing it aren't taking pride in their work anymore. Overall, I would rate the food a 2 out of 5.
This Westside BK has a new manager, and it shows! The staff keeps the kitchen organized, and the food is coming out great. My chicken sandwich tonight was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. It made my day—thank you!
The restaurant was poorly staffed. I waited in the drive-thru for five minutes, then pulled up to the window and waited another three minutes without anyone acknowledging me. Ultimately, I left without having my order taken. I'm very disappointed with this location.
This review is for the west side location. I saw a recent article where Burger King was trying to improve their reputation and would put emphasis on their trademark item the Whopper. My two previous bad experiences were enough to keep me away, but the news article convinced me to try again. I guess this facility is not aware of corporates plans. This experience was no different than the previous two. 12 to 15 minute wait in drive thru line and food barley warm enough to risk eating. One positive I noticed at the three visits, the staff were good at apologizing for the delay.
