Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store

I had a very disappointing experience. The staff member at the second drive-thru window was rude and unprofessional. It was 5:30 PM, and I had only ordered drinks, yet she treated me disrespectfully.

Fast and friendly service! The food was good, but I didn't get a chance to try the ice cream. Nice little grocery section!

I love Braum's but this one was a disappointment. The one who waited on us was impatient and we got the smallest scoops of ice cream I've ever gotten at Braum's. The ice cream was as good as always, just the help was not

I was excited to try one of these restaurants and finally got the chance. I ordered a bag of burgers with cheese and mustard, and they reminded me a lot of the ones from Sonic. They were delicious! On my next drive from Sioux City to Albuquerque, I will definitely make a stop there again.

I had a fantastic experience with the customer service at this restaurant! My food was prepared quickly and was exactly what I ordered. The man at the register, who I think was named Quick, was very friendly and made my visit pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place. Quick certainly deserves a raise!
