Palio's Pizza Cafe Grapevine

Little Caesars is better. My husband and I decided to stop by after a going to a nearby holiday event because I wanted pizza. It's was not busy for a Friday night, we walked up to register and looked at the paper menu they have. The lady at the registerwas in a rush to take our order. We ordered a Fresh Margherita pizza, loaded fried and 2 drinks. The lady told us our total andwalked away. We paid and were left just standing there, another lady came and asked us if we needed anything else. We're likeour drinks? She said the cups and drinks are in the back. Like we're supposed to know that?? Hmmm... Now, let's talk about thepizza (more like Flatbread) VERY thin crust and no flavor, it's cut into small squares. Overall, it was our first and last time.Little Caesars is better

Very run-of-the-mill pizza. No sauce. No grease. Airy crust. Fresh toppings. Nothing to write home about. Glad I had a Uber eats coupon. I prefer Pizza Hut.

I order online for a group of people. These are order are individual lunch boxes. I have never had any issues my order. The delivery drivers is always on time and super friendly.

1st place we have been to that offers more than a small Gluten free crust. It's so good we were nervous it wasn't gluten free the 1st time we ate here. A little sad they can't make a calzone with it. The calzones are also very good, comes with adelicious garlic/butter sauce and a marinara sauce. BYOB

Terrible experience today with my family. Laci Covington the general manager was so very rude. Has a horrible attitude and frankly I'm shocked she was in management at all. She tossed our food on the table and made us feel very unwelcome. She thenwants to yell when I asked her what was wrong? I told her I wanted the owners information and she yelled and called the cops thecop said she must be having a bad day. We will not be going back EVER AGAIN!!!!! The worst experience ever.
