They stole over $40 from my friends and refuse to give a refund on an order my friend never got. The managers on site are nice, but their GM sucks and won’t even make a phone call. They’ve been making the employees do their fraudulent work.

Never order delivery. They put the phone off the hook all the time so you can’t report a problem, then when their delivery driver (I ordered through Wienerschnitzel) stole the food, they lied, stalled, blamed the delivery service they contracted, and then just ignore us. Franchise ownership needs to get their managers in order. Dishonest and slimy.

Finally, when they came to the window, the lady told us they had to park us because they burned our corn dogs. After waiting so long, we asked if they could just give us chili dogs instead, so we could leave. She responded that she couldn’t do that because it would affect their corn dog revenue. Instead, she told us to pull around and wait again. We didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes, so we asked for a full refund. To make matters worse, she was quite rude and should have offered us some kind of replacement instead. Instead, she sarcastically asked if we really wanted corn dogs. Are you kidding me?

The owner lacks accountability and avoids direct communication, relying on their employees to handle dissatisfied customers. Even with proof of issues, they refuse to issue refunds for stolen food. It seems they don't care about customer satisfaction and use their staff to manage complaints. I wouldn’t recommend going there unless you’re okay with the possibility of not receiving your food.
