Hollywood Casino At Penn National Race Course

Glitteratis is always an easy fix for some late night hunger while handing all of your money to the slot machines. Theres a decent variety of slices to choose from and I suppose you could order a whole pie or other things but I always just get a simple slice of pizza. The pizza is OK. The sauce is tasty and the cheese is melty but the crust is a little too doughy for my taste plus it lacks flavor. It merely holds the tasty sauce and melty cheese. It doesn 't have that something that brings it all together. The staff is efficient but never friendly. Guess they deal with a lot of annoying customers who are sour that they just lost all of their money. I 'll return for some pizza when I am there and hungry but its definitely not pizza I 'd rush over there to have.

Visited the concert venue for the first time. Initial experience prior to getting there with questions, responses and first person encountered when arriving weren't so great. Everything was great from that point on. Outstanding venue. Staff werefriendly and accommodating. Great food and drink options, and the concert itself was fantastic! Will definitely be coming backagain.

This evening was busier than I expected. There is a large area that is under construction near the ground floor parking garage entrance. There also were many machines throughout that were out of order... seems like part of a bigger project. We were ableto grab food...I got a burger again. I would say it was better than I've had before at the Cafe. The pizza place wasn't openand the burger place closed at 9. Their limited midweek food is still an issue for me. As a stand alone destination with noreal food service around, you need to offer something. They've really hit a very basic level. It surely isn't what it was,but also still better than many we've visited.

The facility has several machines that require repair. The ashtrays in the smoking section were full, and the machines themselves were not very clean, falling short of COVID safety standards. However, I found the bathrooms to be clean. The security staff and employees I interacted with were friendly and helpful. There’s always plenty of parking available, and the rooftop offers a fantastic view of the sunrise!
