Black Bear Diner Colorado Springs Garden Of The Gods

We had dinner on September 22, 2022, and were disappointed to find no turkey or baked potatoes on the menu. I ordered the chicken pot pie, which was just okay. However, our waiter Ron really made the evening memorable. He had a fantastic sense of humor, was warm, polite, and highly professional, providing outstanding service. I feel lucky to have encountered Ron; he truly made our day. Overall, we're really glad we stopped by and had a wonderful experience!

It's been a while since my last visit, but I was really craving a Scram-bowl today, so after my son's dentist appointment, we decided to go. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. I had to prop my bowl up with a spoon to try to drain some of the grease. I was quite hungry, so I ended up eating most of it, but I definitely regretted it afterward. I gave it three stars because every other visit has been enjoyable, but this experience was a real letdown.

I've always enjoyed the food at BB, but the service was quite slow on my last visit. Our waiter was fantastic, but it took just over an hour from when we placed our order until our meal arrived at the table. I suspect this is due to a labor shortage. That being said, I would absolutely return!

Went here for one last meal before my diet started. Good choice on my behalf. New York steak was done exactly as u ordered it. Even the side dishes were delicious. Service was great, even though this place is way under staffed. I just wish a lot of thepatrons would have been more considerate of the closing hours. That's not the fault of the restaurant

Great experience. Staff were very friendly especially our server Jennifer! Food was exactly what I expected good, fast and filling. If you're stopping at the Tesla Supercharger or just need a break passing through, skip the McDonald's and give thisspot a go.
