Went through the drive thru! Didn't wait long in line and the food was hot and delicious!

Don't say ur open 24hrs if u close for a hr (at 3am) to make breakfast.

Be nice to my homies no one likes to work in fast food. Breakfast: July 7th 2024 had the best service didnt wait a lot and they were professional and they were very detail oriented on my very specific add ons/removing ingredients on meals and drinks. More hits than misses at the Graniteville SC location :

June 30th at 5:08am the manager on duty was ringing up my asked for a steak egg and cheese biscuit combo with a Coke. I get to the window and they hand me just the biscuit. I realize they messed the hash brown and then they gave me one. Then I asked for the Coke handing them the receipt back and they made me a coat and then proceeded to ask me for my card to pay and that’s when I realized it was never rang up instead of refunding the situation and making it right with the combo we’re apologizing for messing up they charge me for three separate items. I just wanted to point out how they are mess up cost me the higher charge. The manager who said her name was Miss Joyce said I never said such thing only ordered the biscuit called me a liar. He shut the window in my face. At this point, I don’t even care about the dollar or whatever it was, but the customer service is probably one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with . Corporate complaint will be next.
