Rally's - Granite City

Received the completely wrong order. I tried to call as I was at work and couldn't go back to the restaurant. No suprise, they wouldnt answer the phone. I completed the survey requesting to be contacted and have heard nothing. I wont be returning.

Great food the fries should of been cooked a lil longer

Why are all the women that work nights at this location so hateful? Everytime I come here I am greeted with hate and anger. I'm appalled at their behavior and wonder why the cameras are never checked and the owner can't see this. Please do a better job atprotecting your customers because this is unacceptable and wrong, bad behavior should never be the new normal but coming to thislocation that is all you're going to get. Your workers are running your business into the ground and they do not care.

The food is ok but not hot it's like luke warm. Fries are always cold. I don't order fries. But if you order mozzarella sticks they are hot. I love rally's just go to another one other than granite city, illinois location you will be better off .

I miss the chocolate ice cream. However they have really made a miraculous comeback in the sanitation and cleanliness department. So that's wonderful. Current staff works hard and gets that food out those windows quick. I would recommend toanyone.
