The prices are slightly on the higher side, but the burgers are fantastic. For takeout during lunch, I would give the food a perfect score of 5, along with the service and atmosphere, both also rated 5. I highly recommend the Hot Fudge and Hamburger. There's plenty of parking available, with the added benefit of a free parking lot.

I had a very unpleasant experience during my visit today, which was especially disappointing since it was my daughter's birthday. The employee on duty was incredibly rude and intentionally messed up our orders. He spent more time chatting and drinking water, while the orders kept piling up and customers were left waiting. Overall, the service was terrible, and the atmosphere was not inviting at all. I would rate the food at a 3, while the service and atmosphere both deserve a 1. For the meal, we dined in and spent about $1–10 per person.

The food was exceptional, earning a solid five stars for its quality and taste. The service was equally commendable, with a five-star rating for efficiency and friendliness. The atmosphere, although not experienced in person, still rated four stars based on the overall vibe I gathered from the staff and environment. I highly recommend trying the Blizzard and the Pecan Cluster—both dishes were outstanding! Overall, a wonderful dining experience at an affordable price.

The service was terrible; it took 15 minutes to get a small ice cream cone and a slushy, despite there being three people behind the counter, if you can call it that.

The atmosphere is wonderful, making it a fantastic stop at Globe when traveling between Phoenix or Tucson and the White Mountains. The restaurant and restrooms are clean and well-maintained.
