Customer service was absolutely shocking today... Partner walked in and was the only one waiting, 4 staff members were in the back talking, then even after making direct eye contact with him they continued talking.... Made no effort to serve him at all.. He had to call out to them a few times and they acted surprised that he was there even after making eye contact Food: 5

Zambrero's is usually great, absolutely love the burritos, the kids eat free promotion is a bit misleading, on a strict budget at the time and one of my son's have been wanting to try a burrito, thought this promotion was a great way for my boy to try a burrito, but apparently not, the made burrito was thrown in the bin as I couldn't afford it, as I was leaving my son asked where his burrito was when I passed him the kids bowl, so I ended up going back in and spending $11.90 more than I planned to, just to keep my promise. I'm disappointed! I still haven’t been back to your establishment, four years later I’m still holding a grudge that the manager that day thought it was better to throw the burrito in the trash than to let my child have it, not because I feel entitled but you’ll just wasted food because of poor advertisement, I wasn’t aware that there was a kids menu and nothing about a kids menu was mentioned in the advertisement and nothing was said when I started ordering a burrito for my child who was with me, he could have asked if I was getting a free meal for him and then could have corrected me but nothing was said until it was time to pay.

The quesadilla i got had an odd smell to it. decided to take a closer look and was shocked to see green spots of what i believe was mould. was pretty hungry tho so i downed them, but paid the ultimate price. have currently been on the toilet for the most part of 5 hours and it’s not showing any sign of easing. please pray for me.
