The side dishes were also delicious and traditional, and the wine pairings were spot on. We left our meal choices in the hands of Jason, the owner, and he did not disappoint! The wagyu beef was a standout for me—simply amazing! It’s a must-try for sure! The exterior and interior of the restaurant are fantastic, with a lovely wooden theme that I really appreciated. The atmosphere is vibrant, and the acoustics were excellent; we could comfortably converse as a group of ten without any need to shout. The staff was friendly and attentive, and Jason and his wife Ella went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Great job, you two—you should be incredibly proud of what you've created! Hinoak is definitely a MUST try! I can’t wait to return!

I wasn't sure what to expect, but I can honestly say it was fantastic! The food, service, and atmosphere were all incredible. This place is truly a hidden gem; I loved everything about it. The quality was outstanding. Thank you, and we'll definitely be back soon!
