Bidrage med feedbackLast Saturday evening, I stumbled upon a hidden gem of a Chinese restaurant near Anniesland Morrisons that I had never heard of before. From the outside, it looked like a simple take away place, but to my surprise, a long corridor led to the back of the building where a charming traditional Chinese restaurant, complete with a fish tank, awaited. We arrived around 6.30pm, just in time for the pre-theatre menu offering 2 courses for £9.95 and 3 courses for £11.95. The food was absolutely delicious! Although there was a mix-up with our spare ribs order - I asked for BBQ while Ian requested Peking - they were still delightful. We also had to remind them about our order of prawn crackers, but they were apologetic and quickly brought them out. The restaurant seemed to be bustling with take away orders, but it wasn't too crowded for a Saturday night, which we appreciated. Ian didn't want too many people to know about this place because it's so good and not overly busy. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when they brought out a birthday cake for a young man celebrating with his girlfriend. It was a funny moment as we all joined in singing happy birthday to him. I can't wait to return and try more dishes from the menu, particularly the sweet and sour chicken. Overall, it was a great dining experience and I look forward to our next visit.
My wife and I had a relaxing evening at home. We ordered takeout from this restaurant and the food was absolutely delicious. We would definitely order from here again.
The food was delicious and flavorful, but unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. We were advised that our order would take 40 minutes to arrive, but it ended up being delivered after 2 hours and required 3 phone calls to follow up. The customer service was lacking, and the delivery person was rude and unprofessional at the door.
Had a meal last night. were first in the restaurant. ordered garn cocktail. the starter came the salat looked as if he had been sitting since lunch and the garnel had not been desecrated. there were five small garnels. I complained and she offered me her early vegetable roles. they came and they had very little sweet in them, a few slicers of salat and that was it. we've gone before and it was good, but not yesterday evening. then I ordered sweet and sour chicken balls. they came with tears. the soße had no pineapple in it or no dead. the personal was angry that I had complained and were very free and unfriendly. I will not go back, do not know whether it is a new cook or cut it back to a great wise, but it was the same waiting staff disappointed.
After the move to the west end my man and I sought a new chinese who sent us on a Saturday night. we tried a few different (one was terrible) and have ordered every weekend from this restaurant for months. we always order the same (a chicken breast cure with a few pages), but every week it is good to eat. I have also dined once in the actual restaurant, it looks tiny from the front, but extends as they enter. the service was great and again eating nice. it was very quiet, and I don't know if that's because it looks like a ride from the outside. I hope they enjoy!
