We had the Christmas Dine at Home by BM. It was absolutely fantastic and loads of great well cooked and fresh ingredients. The instructions were perfect and the Beef Wellington was superb. During this pandemic our Christmas Dinner helped us forget it for a few hours. Once again very highly recommended.

As a special celebration, we had the Dine at Home 4 course dinner from BM.The various (16) ingredients were sealed in plastic pouches, which worked very. Everything was fresh and undamaged. Each course was as near perfection as you could imagine. The starter of caramelized onion and brie tart served with lettuce, poached pears and spicy pear gel was outstanding.Highly recommended.

My husband and I were there last night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had a lovely evening, and the staff and food made the night very special. We sat in the new downstairs bar for pre-dinner drinks. Relaxing, swish and very enjoyable.

The one thing we missed during lockdown was a visit to our favourite restaurant, so it made sense to book right away when lockdown was eased. While we are all being cautious of not getting complacent of the severity of Covid, it does from a psychological perspective, bring normality and a great place to start....what a beautiful Saturday night! I would like to thank all the staff of Chardon D’Or, the Golden Thistle Hardy, Scottish and Resilient for making our night fantastic, the motivation, attentiveness and caring attitude is equally as important as the beautiful food and wine. Allmeasures were taken to abide by government recommendations, however there was a fantastic family, teamwork attitude to succeeding and making our night wonderful!Our food as always was exquisite, but what was exceptional was that during those hours, we didn’t feel that there was a difference as to pre Covid, all ambience was as we have experienced, albeit masks on all staff, not a problem, eyes are the windows to the soul. I strongly advise anyone to get out and support our wonderful hospitality industry, the most important and hard working bastion of the leisure industry. You will not be disappointed and will leave as pre Covid with a feeling of joy, satisfaction and a full belly ... and as a Scot the most important thing in the world!

A great night out. Food was excellent. Service attentive and well informed. And friendly. Great input from staff on wine choices. The desserts were fab.
