Little Caesars Pizza - Gladstone

The pizza wasn't hot and ready so I had to wait 20 minutes while they made it fresh. Any other time I would have appreciated the fresh pizza, but being in a hurry I would have preferred if they had told me it was going to be a wait. While sitting there waiting I started to notice how it wasn't totally clean inside. Old dried up sauce on the front of the pickup machine that has been there for a while, bits of old receipts in the corners, and a very noticeable amount of dirt under the pop coolers. The food was good once I got it but the overall experience and cleanliness makes me hesitant to go back.

The staff was so nice and explained to me they were behind on orders, but got my pizza as quick as they could with a positive attitude.

I come here often and have never had an issue. Tonight was the first time Google specifically asked for feedback but I didn't think it was fair to rate them just based on tonight only. I think they may have been short staffed and waited quite a bit to pay for a soda separately bc I forgot to add it to my order but I can say with much certainty that I have done this many times and they are usually always on point and willing to give me a few bags of cookies for my daughter who recognizes the box and is very upset w me if I haven't gotten any!!

It would have been nice to have gotten my pizza when told. Knowing it was a Chiefs AFC championship game that day they should have been more prepared and have more employees working. I was

It's cheap pizza, it's great when you're on a budget like our family is, it's not elegant, it's not fancy or gourmet, but it's good. It feeds the family and tastes pretty good. We enjoy eating from here.Vegetarian options: Not many vegetarian dishes but they do have a vegetarian pizza, so it's at least an option, but they don't have much for any dietary restrictions or preferences, but some things are becoming more of an option lately, so you never know what you'll find. They do try to innovate for those on certain diets or restrictions or even allergies, but it's difficult to cater to everyone, but they try. ?????
