Rosati's - Gilbert

Update 7/29/2021 Well someone was able to turn this place around. Back to 5 stars at least for now. update 6/20/2018 Tried giving them a couple more chances and they failed. This place is a disaster. If you love Rosati's, there are other locations in the East Valley that are independent and not owned by this franchisee. Go elsewhere. Even if it meant eating crumbled bread with ketchup, it would be a better experience than giving your business to this company. This location is a giant mess. We've been frequenting this place for over a year and out of the dozen or so times we've given them our business, only once have they ever met our expectations or had any sense of consistency. Some issues we've had: never being on time within their suggested window and instead usually 15-20 minutes late, wrong toppings, entire chunks of onion, completely soggy and drenched crust, and completely burnt crust. Just this past visit someone forgot to put tomato sauce on the pizza and instead incidentally added the tomato sauce once the pizza was already cooked and ready as if we wouldn't have noticed. Regardless, of all the miss management we absolutely love the pizza and keep going back. If someone could fix these issues the place would be a gold mine.

I had all but given up on Rosati’s Pizza. I loved the pizza but it was very inconsistent, and I was having a hard time getting them to simply just cook mine well done. It’s been more than 6 months since I had it. I decided to give it another try last Friday. I called the Power&Queen Creek Rosati’s and made an order, without requesting it to be well done. The pizza was AMAZING!!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Cooked PERFECTLY!! The girl on the phone who took the order was the best customer service you could possibly receive, simply just, AMAZING!!! (Full disclosure) When I picked up the pizza, I figured I could simply tip when paying with my debit card, but was told that wasn’t an option, and I only had $1 cash on me, so I felt like a complete jerk… However, if mgmt at Rosati’s would like to contact me and please let me know who was working, Queen Creek and Power, Friday May 13th at approx 4:30pm I would really like to drop a nice tip off and make sure it gets put into the proper hands of those deserving.

Food inconsistent like the wings; sometimes they have lots of sauce other times they look bare. Today the wings were bare, hard and chewy. Our pizza was ready more than 15 mins before the rest of my food and was barely warm once we opened it at home. It didn?t help that the young man putting items in the warm slams it so hard it bounces open. If they tell you your food will be another 4-5 mins times that number at least by 3.

The pizza was not great, the gal at the counter was wonderful, she had just answered the phone when I came in, she was trying to wave a co worker down to help, and no one came to help her. One stood their, and another walked behind her, yet the young girl on The phone was very pleasant, helpful and kind!

1 ???? for the absolutely filthy unkept kitchen (and I don?t mean the flour on the floor) the ceiling looks like a health code concern! 2 ???? for the pizza and price 3???? because 1 out of the 4 employees present responded to me and treated me like customer! Look if you don?t want my business just say so! I truly felt like I was ?annoying? the elderly gentleman with my money! Sad, because the pizza tastes alright but everything else made the taste bitter in the end
