The dining experience was not enjoyable. The fried rice was crunchy, and the mushroom chicken was not tasty. I'm unsure if it was old, but I am still feeling unwell after eating here last night. It has been about a year since I last visited this restaurant, and now I remember why.

3 of the 4 things I asked for are not available, the whole menu should be available until closed. No shrimp, no super greens, no rangoons. Do better night shift, no reason! Poor customer service!

This is my go to for quick Chinese. I am never disappointed. Except, this visit through the drive through. I ordered the Honey walnut shrimp and it seemed like a rather small portion for the upcharge. About 5 pieces of shrimp. 2 walnuts and none of thecreamy sauce I was expecting. I am not sure if this is a regular size portion, b/c I typically go in and I am able to see whatthey put on the plate and can make adjustments if requested. Anyway, the food is always good and service has been prompt andcourteous.

It's definitely a fast food experience, and the quality of the food and service depends on how busy they are. Things are freshest when they are busy. But that means waiting for some dishes sometimes. Busy means tables don't get cleaned, and counterservice declines a bit. It's all no different than other fast food brands, but this one uses fresh veggies and not everythingis fried We like it. And we will go back.
