There was an incredibly rude customer who kept interrupting us while I was trying to place my order, and he managed the situation like a true professional. This is my go-to spot for Hawaiian BBQ in Gilbert. Everything I've tried here has been fantastic. My favorite dish is the Katsu BBQ combo, which includes Katsu chicken, BBQ chicken, and BBQ beef. The BBQ beef is the most tender I've had in Arizona and has a delicious flavor that's subtly sweet, reminiscent of Korean BBQ.
