Crumbl Cookies Germantown

I love going to the Germantown location for my yummy cookies. The workers are friendly and polite. My son loves the cookies too.

Everything was fresh and delicious! And it did not take long!

Usually I have great service. Unfortunately, this time the hello kitty pin hat lady lied to my face when I ordered the rocky road cookie. I noticed that the marshmallow was missing on top. I asked her nicely if she could add the marshmallow. She stated it is inside the cookie. When I went home and opened the cookie no marshmallow. I felt she was rushing me to leave and did not want to accommodate my simple request of adding what she missed. Really sad I wish the customer service was higher quality like the other crumble cookies in MD.

The cookies tasted amazing and overall its a good cookie store.

I love crumbl cookies. some weeks they have really good flavors and other weeks not so good. i wish they had the mini cookies all week but unfortunately they don’t. please bring back the banana split cookie!!
