Pizza Hut - Germantown Hills

I've called its Jan 9th at 328pm iv called for the past hour not one person will pick up the phone I will never order frome this pizza hut again your workers need to be fired because clearly thy have no clue what thy are doing piss poor service and everything I do order my food is cold when it gets here and only 5 min away come on. I once gave this Pizza Hut a 1 Star Review due to a manager. I can't compliment how much Jerome the new manager has changed the team around, changed service as a customer. He shows tons of respect and in turn you have a ton of respect for him and his team. This is the kind of man Pizza Hut should get in some program, make a GM or more. He took a 1 Star Store and made it a 5 Star store. I really came to thank them for looking out and making sure I got my pizza. I saw my old comment, my old 1 Star Review and had to change it. Idk if it's spelled Jerome or Gerome but I can't say enough good things about him and the staff he built. Again, Just a complete 180 in service. 5 Stars Pizza Hut

Messed up my order a month or so ago, so they said they will credit my account. Called back today to order apparently they never credited my order. This place has gone downhill since they opened. Will not return Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
