Jimmy John's - Georgetown

I had to repeat my order three times, and it seemed like the blonde male staff might have been under the influence. They also misunderstood my friend's order. My friend is on the spectrum, and they weren't very accommodating. He tried to explain that he had asked for a large sub, but they responded by saying he could either leave or place a new order. I really liked this place, but it wasn't very well-handled.

We were a regular customer of this Jimmy John's order Subs once a week, which up to this point was always great. On 5/11/22 we set up our usual order of two Italian subs, and what we got was a few pieces of meat, barely cheese, no salad, no tomatoes, no onions, no spices. We filed a complaint that went to the office. They reacted that franchisors were individually owned and would pass on to the owner. We never have an apology or a refund for subs that lacked many ingredients and that we have paid the full price. The person who had packed this subs had to recognize something was wrong and not even interested. And getting no answer from our complaint is unacceptable. We did our business elsewhere!!

I was okay with the replacement of beef for turkey because she said you were out. What I am not happy with is the lack of avocado clearly missing.

This place is filthy. When there’s no blinds on the windows, you need to keep your store spotless. It’s not even in the acceptable range of cleanliness, The employees are like robots with absolutely no personalities. Today was the last time we will go there. The bread was old (definitely not made today) and the tuna was extremely salty. Brought it to the attention of an employee. He did his best to appear concerned, but I’m sure nothing went beyond that point. We started going there because we watched a documentary on the creator (Jimmy John) so felt inclined to patronize. Unfortunately he sold the company and it’s obviously not held to the same standards. Sad!

I love Jimmy John's and now can't support them. Just realized while trying to walk in with my toddler they don't allow concealed carry. Sitting at Jason's deli now with my little boy. 5 stars for great sandwiches, 1 star for not supporting law abiding customers
