Captains Corner Seafood Market At Garibaldi Landing

They rarely answer the phone or return calls when I'm trying to get information. Since Garibaldi isn't close by, I prefer to call rather than drive there. However, when I do visit, the restaurant is clean, and the person at the counter is very polite!

I’m really disappointed, especially considering the pride in Oregon's seafood industry. Charging $12 a pound for a crab that was cooked three days ago is frustrating. They could at least remove the backs to prevent the meat from turning yellow and tasting off. The crab lacked any sweetness, which is a shame because it was once a good crab. While you might luck out if you visit on the day it was cooked or the day after, I wouldn't trust it unless I sampled it first.

The Oregon Coast truly shines at Garibaldi and Captain's Corner with their fresh seafood! Our fish, sourced directly from local fishermen, was firm and absolutely delicious. We baked it with butter, garlic, and a hint of pepper, and it was wonderful. We're looking forward to trying the crab cakes next time! The staff at the counter were friendly and welcoming, which made our experience even better. We can't wait to return!

Great fresh fish and value! I come here every time I visit the coast and bring fresh fish Home.
