Crane Ramen - Gainesville

My favorite place to eat in Gainesville! Highly recommend the pork belly steam buns and kimchi! Also the Desert Rose cocktail with jalapeno infused tequila! Great jalapeno flavor but not too spicy. The staff showed great teamwork to make sure everyone got excellent service.

Atmosphere, food, and service have always been on point. My wife and I drive 60 miles just to eat here and it's worth it. Get the specials when you can as the standard menu items are always available.

First time going to Crane Ramen. Have to admit, hearing that ramen was the specialty did not get my heart racing. Like many people, the only ramen I had previously was in a plastic wrapper with a tiny seasoning packet. Got me through some hard times but.....it was grocery store ramen, know what I mean? Crane Ramen did a fantastic job making me fall in love with their ramen. The serving size was more than I could eat. Yummy broth with veggies, ramen noodles and a soy seasoned egg made a great meal. Our server was on point all through dinner. I highly recommend Crane Ramen if you're in the mood for something original. So good.

Best service and best food I have had in awhile! I love coming to Crane Ramen for the atmosphere, delicious ramen and bites, and the excellent service. The staff is very attentive, kind, and personable; and especially to the GM, Brandon who greatly accommodated my friend and I. I definitely recommend

Other than The Top, this is my favorite restaurant in Gainesville. The flavors in their ramen bowls are deliciously complex. The paitan has been especially on point since they added the bok choy, pickled onions, and tiny tomatoes. And the veggie ramen option is amazingly creamy.
