Subway - Frontignan

We arrived at the restaurant at 8:30 PM on Friday, August 18, 2023. While the employee prepared our sandwiches quickly and accurately, she informed us that the dining area was closed as it would be shutting down in 15 minutes. Nevertheless, we were able to eat quickly on-site, especially since the posted closing time is 9:00 PM. I'm left wondering if this is a standard practice or just a decision made by that particular employee. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience.

The prices are too high for what you get, and the staff seemed disengaged. They also seem to expect a minimum tip of 15%. Calling their employees "sandwich artists" is a stretch; the chef's sandwiches aren't impressive at all. You're better off grabbing a pre-made sub from the grocery store.

The service from the staff was excellent. My sandwich was made exactly the way I wanted it.

I just had the best meatball sub with provolone cheese and green peppers—absolutely delicious! I asked them to toast the bread beforehand, which made for a perfectly crispy, golden-brown roll. It was so good!

The phone service was really easy to use. I appreciate all the help and effort put into providing these great deals. Thank you!
