Bidrage med feedbackThe owner does not pay his employees, which is not only highly unprofessional but also illegal. The pastries are left sitting out, and customers are served old pastries that have clearly been there for an unknown length of time.
I had the strawberry-topped sugar cookie, and it was delicious! The strawberries were incredibly tasty. I highly recommend giving it a try!
Overall, I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The customer service was terrible, and the coffee was unpleasant. The deli items I tried were soggy, which didn’t help the situation. I don’t have much to say about their food aside from the sandwiches. I visited both the store and the stand, and I noticed that the men at the store were mostly on their phones and not doing much. However, the single African American girl at the stand was working very hard and was sweet, although she seemed to be quite rushed due to the line of customers.
Went in girl was on her phone the whole time making customers coffee which that should have been my concern in the beginning but i still waited. When she finished I had already been waiting for 10 min never did she acknowledge or attended us. I was literally waiting to order when she was on her phone once again. We ended up leaving. Bad customer service when given this info to other workers on different day, they seemed they knew who I was talking about. As a buisness owner I would like for my customers to have a great experience.
This company, rather than ordering through Sysco or a similar food service company, orders their supplies from Sam's Club and they use Instacart to deliver the items to them. These are often times heavy orders with big quantities! Imagine being an Instacart driver, going to Sam's Club, doing all the shopping, putting everything in boxes or bags, heading to the store-which by the way is in the mall, near the food court, so there is very little parking, and also no parking near the store. You bring them all of their items, saving them a ton of time and energy, and then you click delivered and see that they don't even have the decency to provide a tip, which is something that Instacart Drivers rely on to make money! Not even speaking to how inconsiderate this is of the shoppers time, mileage, wear and tear on their car, but how about just be a decent person and throw a couple of bucks on the order out of respect and as a professional courtesy! Please stay away from this business and boycott purchasing anything from them until they reconsider there business practices and show some appreciation for the effort that there Instacart shoppers are giving for them! Almost every customer on Instacart is a residential customer, someone who just needs groceries from a local Store and almost all of them at least tip a couple of dollars for the service and the convenience that Instacart shoppers provide! I implore this business to do the same!
