Bing's Dumpling - Fremont

The pork soup dumplings were so delicious that we ended up ordering more. The server was friendly and attentive. The filling in both the dumplings and wontons was quite generous. The beef in the spicy noodle soup was also served in large slices. Although we ordered regular pork dumplings as well, we preferred the pork soup dumplings.

Clean, simple, delicious traditional Chinese food/Noodle shop (though I don't believe these are house-made noodles). Good vinegar and oil at the table for your taste's preferences. Hot tea served at no extra charge. Brief menu with the essentials you want. This is a good alternative while Din Ding Dumplings is closed.

Best to come early like when they really open. Such fresh dumplings, noodle, and really everything! XLB (soup dumplings) had thin enough skin and not overly salty. The fresh pulled noodz so good! We tried the braised beef and loved it. Potstickers had sesame and the inside filling was very flavorful. Would def come back and next time pick up some of their frozen dumplings

This is the place to be when you are craving for those variety dumpling or hot soup. Quick and decent service. Usually gets crowded during peak hours but wait is not too bad. Their noodle with spicy minced meat has an awesome flavor and taste. Combine that with any of the dumpling set which are eally fresh, made right there and then. Worth a try if you are around this place.
