We were in the garden at night. The beginning was amazing: On my question about a seat cushion the upper replied that I could get a pillow behind the door or in the restaurant! In a normal beer garden no problem, but because the restaurant wants to show itself something for higher requirements, not very polite. When drinking in the glass, I noticed a peculiar smell. The operation called for help, confirmed my sense of smell and excused it with reference to the dishwasher. Two new glasses no longer smelled so strong and I didn't want to complain anymore. The appetizer proved to be a tiny asparagus salad or the like for 11.80. In the case of beef steak with salad, the salad was found to be sour and the meat drank in the salad sauce. The second main lining was hard like a filled noodle leaf and part of it was not working with the knife. When the food was contested, the service was affected and the kitchen could have wished us a dessert. We didn't do it, the espresso was donated by the service. For this I also gave 5 € tip, the 68 € food bill was neither worth the food nor the service. Appetizer and main food came in the minute! We were in various restaurants in Freiburg, all really great! The impression here was simply weak and disappointing! Never again!

The inn is a beautiful beer garden. The beer garden is self-service. The food is always very delicious. Price/performance is right.

Prices are not too expensive With parking in front of the house it can become narrow. But Freiburg is a cyclist city anyway, so there are nix to be challenged! Here you can spend your time with friends in the evening.

Einmal mehr durften wir heute Mittag das vegetarische Tagesessen genießen. Heute gab es Kartoffelklösschen in Steinpilzbutter mit Saisongemüse, siehe Foto. Für 12,90 Euro ein definitiv mit Liebe und Können gekochtes Mittagessen serviert zu bekommen macht einfach Freude. Der Service ist seit Jahren freundlich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam (Danke! man merkt einfach, dass die Mitarbeiter*innen hier mit Freude bei der Arbeit sind. Angenehm überrascht waren wir, dass nach der Rückkehr zum alten Mehrwertsteuersatz von 19 zum 1.1.24 nicht die komplette Steuererhöhung an die Gäste weiter gegeben wurde. Auch das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Macht weiter so :
